The National Ethics Association (NEA) management team includes Jeffrey S. Kopitz, co-founder and CEO, and Steven R McCarty, co-founder and Chairman.
Both Kopitz and McCarty are veterans of the insurance and financial services industry and bring decades of business management and marketing expertise to their leadership roles at NEA.
McCarty manages relationships with members, sponsors, industry associations, and the financial media. He is a frequent speaker on how to leverage best practices for greater professional and personal success. He is also a regular contributor to various industry publications and his monthly column, "Ethics in Action”, appears in Senior Market Advisor, a financial services trade magazine.
Kopitz is the chief operations and marketing officer. In these capacities, he has designed the firm’s Background Check System™, a background-check service, and created many other NEA products. He also maintains the financial integrity of the association, and continues to develop its strategy for the future.
